Program Manager (Junior-Mid-Level)

Job Description:
Sponsor is seeking a versatile, dedicated and highly motivated senior program manager with expertise in all major phases of project management, enterprise architecture, and extensive experience with execution of large portfolios to support high profile projects. The Program Manager should have experience with large, complex projects and an exceptional record of delivering cost effective, high performance technology solutions to meet fast-paced and dynamic mission demands
 
 
Duties may include:
  • Supporting the transition/reorganization of a large organization responsible for global network operations. 
  • Assist the organizations front office by working closely with staff implementation program managers and assisting them with evaluating the status of their milestones, identifying efficiencies, and aligning their organization to the organizations new strategic plan.
  • Working closely with all office leadership to answer data calls and taskings
 
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience documenting internal processes to including defining operating procedures and process maps for work streams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing requirements for multiple organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing and evolving Asset Management capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated experience producing roadmaps to :1. highlight priorities and how they benefit mission partners needs and; 2. consolidate redundant business processes and technical functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Application Modernization efforts involving multiple geographically dispersed teams to produce a future roadmap for large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing process improvements with a measurable financial impact.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as PM for a commercial entity managing data center operations support design, procurement, and business process re-engineering.
  •  Demonstrated experience managing and responding to resource and operational support taskings and data calls from senior leadership.
 
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience applying lean six sigma design process to design new processes and procedures. 
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive briefings to include business cases, cost benefit analysis, project timelines with milestones, product roadmaps, executive summaries, and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).
  • Demonstrated use of risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate risks associated with processes in standing up a new organization. 
  • Bachelors degree in a science or technology discipline.
