Systems Integrator, Expert Level, McLean, VA
Job Description
The Systems Integrator will support the stand up of a new Enterprise Platform Program Management Office (EPPMO). The Systems Integrator will assist the EPPMO front office in documenting, tracking, and scheduling agenda items for EPPMO meetings and creating and publishing the meeting minutes and action items. The Systems Integrator will work closely with office level leadership and reports to the EPPMO leadership.
Duties may include:
- Develop mission-focused strategic plans that capture existing capabilities and outline future capabilities and high-level dependencies
- Create reports and briefings that easily and succinctly describe the highly complex program and its future plans
- Develop regular status reporting for leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor’s partners
- Develop mechanisms to share technical accomplishments and progress to non-technical audience and mission stakeholders
- Validate, document and manage stakeholder expectations in concert with customer
- Assist Sponsor managers with modifying or establish processes to implement the strategic plans
- Design, develop and deliver executive level communications and briefings on organization transformation and business process changes for time-sensitive, executive-level audiences
- Execute strategic plans and complete action items to support Sponsor in standing up the organization
- Provide updates and changes to Active Directory Groups for access to SharePoint pages and meeting invitations
- Document EPPMO accomplishments for the weekly directorate-level highlights
- Local travel to customers to discuss initiatives, projects, etc.
- Facilitate information gathers and information sharing on technical challenges that may cross organizational boundaries
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with board/council management
- Demonstrated experience with IT strategic planning
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering executive level IT communications
- Process oriented, conceptually driven and possess the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a highly technical setting critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely recommendations and/or decisions in unique situations
- Demonstrated experience overcoming challenges by identifying options and alternatives to advance the mission
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and working action items to completion
- Demonstrated experience planning, facilitating, and supporting all aspects of technical exchange meetings
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, computer science or business
- Demonstrated experience with IT organization transformation
- Demonstrated experience with Sponsor’s IT mission
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow
