Job Description
Fuel is seeking a Performance Management Consultant to help deliver actionable, prioritized performance-oriented statements; improve an existing performance management (processes and measurements) into the client’s new business plan; identify and optimize key processes; address gaps between desired results and baselined measures; suggest resources and processes to close the gaps; and establish and facilitate a management review program.  Underpinning these activities, the consultant will need to help the customer evolve from a mostly manual “dashboard” capability to an automated process using Tableau.
 
Major Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and lead working sessions with stakeholders to identify goals and values
  • Identify and develop benchmarks; research and apply best practices
  • Conduct capability assessment and gap analysis
  • Support the preparation of senior-level corporate briefings, rolling up detailed data into impact statements and framing that insight for senior decision-makers
  • Prepare, manage and review high-level communications and correspondence to include briefings, reports, submissions and notes that ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Conduct cross-team analysis of performance data and then improving processes to help improve performance
  • Integrate client’s workflow data from JIRA to Service Now and Primavera P6
  • Utilize Tableau to visualize the data analytics
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to understand their data to expand budget planning
Leverage Agile and PMF to look for ways to improve
 
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience providing a combination of both strategic planning and  performance management services for Intelligence Community customers
  • Demonstrated experience standing up and evolving Tableau services
  • Exhibited experience coordinating with senior leadership to finalize strategic documents and products
  • Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to help execute the intelligence mission and convey progress to key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience managing or standing up performance management programs
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience to include analytical and problem solving skills that facilitate analyzing mission processes, functions, requirements, existing capabilities and identifying shortfalls
